The hotel is in a perfect location and they offer a big discount on the parking garage attached too. Walkable location to all the major points of interest. The hotel is modern and the breakfast is definitely worth it!!

Very convenient to ferry port and airport by car and by public transport; city centre is just yards away for pedestrians. Has a 25-hour gym. A good, varied breakfast buffet for all tastes but no meat-replacememt for vegetarians. Tea quality and tea-making in buffet is beneath Irish high standards and closer to lower continental standard. Disability toilet in every room. Disabled car-parking requires special communication with the hotel directly and is not plain on the Expedia App. Without special arrangements here are steps from carpark. The Expedia App is the weakness there. Bedrooms very smart and clean. I would like to come back.

I really like the attention of the staff in the restaurant and the river view. What was not so good was the parking arrangement. It does not belong to the hotel and it is advertised that there is a discount, in my case my flight was delayed and I arrived after midnight, left the car park next morning to visit some friends and and got the discounted rate, returned in the evening around 10 pm and left again next morning after breakfast. To my surprise the front desk advised that I was not entitled to any discount because it had not passed 24 h from the previous time, so, I had to pay the full day fare at the parking. I tried to reach Hilton management to no avail, neither customer service. So, I raised this complaint here, that the information provided during the booking process was incorrect or incomplete to say the least and no one was available at Hilton to resolve the issue. Driving was an important element at this trip as I was travelling with a disable person with limited movements.

I highly recommend the stay as it might seem a bit of distance from city Centre but truly enjoyed the space, comfort and view from room. Everything was so accessible and super safe. We plan to stay again!
