No subtitles on the TV despite saying they were on. Constant humming noise all night . Impossible to sleep. This was NOT air conditioning as I never turn it on, but something intrinsic in the hotel compounded by poor sound insulation so much noise from O'Connell Street. Worst of all appalling treatment in the bar. Shambolic service from the youngest waiter with no training and poor English. He twice disappeared while supposed to be filling my order. Then I was overcharged and noone would take responsibility. One waiter told me I am a mechanical engineer I don't want to be a waiter. Not my problem. Train your staff, employ English speakers. Differentiate barmen and waiters to stop shambolic free for all. A disgrace to the name Gresham. Never again. Holiday Inn next door superior on all counts.

Really enjoyed staying at the Gresham. Rooms were clean, cozy and comfortable! Beds were great! Very nice linens. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Location was perfect! 15-minute walk to Trinity College, Grafton Street and Temple Bar area as well as other places of interest. The airport bus stops right outside the front door! You can't ask for more than that!! Buffet breakfast was amazing - so many choices! Highly recommend! Thanks Gresham - I will be back!!

The room was okay but we paid for a deluxe room and it wasn't as expected. The hotel room corridors are not carpeted so anyone walking by makes it noisy. The housekeeping staff trolleys arrive at 7am do don't bother trying to sleep any later than that.

There was a small number of drawers certainly not enough for 2 people. Tiny closet and small room. Had to ask for face cloths not provided unless you ask. Tv remote worked sporadically with very limited selections. No water provided. All just average. Breakfast included was wonderful.

Combines all the charm of a hotel from a bygone age with all modern conveniences. Well situated with friendly, welcoming staff and the room was spacious and comfortable. Could only have been improved if the hotel still had its own carpark, but there is convenient parking at reasonable rates within a couple of minutes’ walk. One minor quibble is that sometimes the service can be a bit slow in the bar, but it is only a very minor quibble at best.

I had an excellent stay at the RIU Plaza Gresham Hotel in Dublin. The service was fantastic from start to finish, with friendly and attentive staff who made me feel truly welcome. The food was amazing—fresh, delicious, and far beyond what I expected. My room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore the city. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dublin.

Had a wonderful stay. They surprised us with some cupcakes when we mentioned it was our anniversary, which was amazing. Only one issue: the room service has no vegetarian or vegan options, barring some desserts. Couldn't even order chips/fries. Otherwise a perfect stay.
