We loved the reception area.the room wasn't great the pull out bed for adults wasn't great.it should of been a proper double bed and 2 singles.the milk was off in the room.we had to phone twice to house keeper for new milk which took over 3 hours to come up to room.

Unfortunately I found the hotel walls very Thin. Hotel was lovely, staff amazing but you need to be able to sleep and not hear the neighbours tv all night! I even wore earplugs! So yeah a shame!

The room my husband and I had was nice, no view, but quiet and clean. My son had a room at front of hotel which was very noisy! Breakfast was outstanding every morning. My husband got stuck in the lift on Thursday night and when he finally got out and advised reception they advised him that it happened to a member of staff and perhaps they should call out an engineer. Also perhaps put an “out of order” sign up!!!!!!

Excellent and friendly staff, incredible breakfast each morning that was included with our room. Very convenient to hop on hop off bus and other sightseeing destinations. Area not unsafe but not the best. Hassled by homeless person each night at the front steps of the hotel.

Nice lobby, rooms ok

Not in a nice environment at night. Lots of homeless all around. Lobby is nice. Hallways are cheap, no carpet. Room good size. Bed is rather soft. Had a handicapped room so bathroom was really sub par. Breakfast cheap.

Location can't be beat. Walkable to Temple bar, Trinity College and Dublin Castle. Staff is attentive and friendly. Gastronomy choices were good but breakfast is very crowded with wait times (due to tour buses so plan ahead). Rooms were comfortable but a tad bare for the price point. Staff was quick to provide extra firmer pillows and washcloths.
