Staff were very friendly, able to drop our bags prior to check in and leave after check out. Room was a good size (king room) clean and had everything we needed, except normal tea bags but I didn’t ask for any so I’m sure we could have got some. Close enough the Temple bar that we could walk and a taxi back was €10. Breakfast we didn’t add on and paid on the morning, table service which was strange for a continental breakfast but the food was very good.

The rooms were great. The staff however were not the friendliest. They weren’t helpful at all. The staff at the lounge was very unfriendly. We saw other people getting service but it was difficult for us to get service and when we did get drinks they were wrong

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel. The Hyatt was new to me but it may become a favourite. Check in was very easy and front of house staff very pleasant and efficient. Room was fabulous, only gripe is it took me a little time to adjust a/c. Barman on duty on the Monday was great, good conversation and polite with impeccable manners.
