the hotel is okeish and could have been 4 stars from me as the staff are so nice, front of houde reception always helpful and hotel food was okeish at the grain restaurants. Bar staff and services was exceptionally although less activities and live karaoke band music. however, the hotel cleanliness and especially the cleaners is questioned as some of them needs some true training. our towels was not replaced and bathtubs was not clean for 2 days with one day room didn't clean at all. Cleaners do leave the windows open all day and allowed the room to be so cold without heating. Finally, The room water. biscuits, tea. etc.. complimentary left on the room is not enough for all residing in the room. The location is great with bus 13 and 69 few minutes walking distance to Dublin centre. improving the cleanliness especially the bathroom standard would be great 👍

Recommended hotel but price and condition didn’t match. Was first put in wrong room (1 bed instead of 2). New room was ok. Clean but tired. Staff made up for it though and supper was 10/10.

Location excellent, check in and checkout seamless. Staff polite. Bit busy saturday night in the bar, food took awhile to come but waiter was apologetic and gave us our drinks at no charge. Would recommend.

This was a nice hotel, I would give it 3.5 stars. Room was okay. Pub/coffee shop in hotel was very loud and filled with kids. Restaurant attached to hotel was not available to dine in the evening we were there. The restaurant did have a very good breakfast. There is no air conditioning, which is typical in Ireland but you could not leave window open because of excessive road noise. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
