Great stay for the price

Great stay for the price. Recommendations to the hotel: pipe in more appropriate music; I saw a steady stream of Boomers, not Millennials, checking in and I was there for 5 nights. Also more food choices in hotel lounge for evening. Coffee in the room would make it a perfect stay. The instant coffee in the galley is terrible.

We loved our stay at the Ruby Molly. It was a very cool place to stay. The room was on the smaller side but offered everything we needed. The staff were great. The location was great with all we wanted to do in walking distance.

Accessible room given rather than what I booked

My room was an accessible room which I did not book. So I had a wet room with a seat and shower curtain. The bathroom wasn’t great so I asked if I could have the “Cosy” double room I booked. The receptionists weren’t very helpful and just said no. The bed didn’t have a double duvet- it was 2 singles placed horizontally which wasn’t comfortable. Bottled water in the room would have been nice.

Loved the property, really quite at night ,loved the fact you can get coffee and drinks on every floor.The Cons now the shower fluctuating from hot to cold and the need for a face cloth would have been nice.
