Staycity Aparthotel was perfect for our family of four (children ages and 10). It was so nice to have extra space to spread out with the separate bedroom and kitchen areas. We had a short stay, but appreciated the refrigerator and coffee maker and I think the whole kitchen would be super convenient for a longer stay. The location was pretty perfect for exploring the city! We are on a trip to several cities and this has been by far our favorite hotel so far.

Shortly after checking in, we found out that the faucet at the kitchen sink was leaking. We told the front desk and it was fixed the same day. The rest of our stay went really well. We mostly did the sight-seeing so only showered, changed and slept at the hotel. This hotel is in a fantastic location that is close to everything. Highly recommend it. Thanks.

Room was suitable for a person with physical disability. Room was advertised as studio with kitchenette with a double bed. So I booked it for four nights but we only stayed for 1 night as the room was totally unsuitable for our requirements. The room looked spacious but had an atmosphere of a hospital bed. Bathroom had a string beside the toilet, beside the bed and inside the shower area which had a seat under the shower. I accidentally pulled the string when trying to charge my phone . A young man, whom I recognised was from the reception when we checked in, knocked on our door 3 hours later to checkout something. After checking, told us not to touch anything. I advised him that we are very disappointed of the room and we’re checking out the following day. Room was at the end of a corrridor on the ground floor which was dark as you walk towards the room. The room had a double bed, a tiny stovetop with a tiny sink and a microwave which didn’t appear to be working. We requested to be transferred to a just a double room with a normal bathroom. We were told , “sorry nothing available “ . The room allocated to you was what you booked “ an accessible room”. I didn’t know that accessible meant disabled. So, we opted to just look for another hotel. Staff who checked us in was just dismissive to our concerns and the young man that checked our room just told us not to touch anything, meaning the hanging strings which are meant for emergency? Very expensive room for a night stay!!!

Well-equipped clean modern room centrally located to the city centre (easy walking distance to many sites) with a friendly professional staff. The only thing that may be a negative to some (not me) is the firmness of the mattress.

The hotel is in a very good location. It’s a little off the main path but 1-2 mins to get to EVERYTHING! Staff was great. Has 24 hour concierge. Offered everything needed up to pods to wash!
