Excellent hotel overall, liked the bar and breakfast at the restaurant. It only suffers from unnecessary automation; room curtains that open automatically when you may not want them to, and the silly motorized bathroom sliding door. Good climate control in room. Very convenient for walking around Temple bar, city center area.

Wonderfully professional staff! Probably the best accessible bathroom I've ever seen for those who need that. Only complaint was the room was warm. The thermostat wasn't working too well for those who enjoy a cooler room.

Seems like a very new hotel - very calming interior with beautiful design. The breakfast was lovely with homemade baked goods. The wellness center is an added bonus. Rooms were comfy - not huge but big enough. Some of the technology is unnecessary and seems like it’s still being fully worked out (touch pad doors and blinds that open and close for example), but you can de-automate. Location is steps from a ton of pubs/restaurants and transportation, right up against the Dublin Castle!

This property looked to be brand new with the room having some of the most interesting tech I've seen in a hotel. All the room controls were ran through a panel by the door or bed. The curtains automatically opened on entry of the room, with all the feature lights turning on.

Very clean, modern facility. Best hotel elevators I've seen! Staff were very courteous and helpful. The room we had was a little crowded. Only major glitch was some problem with computer software. I kept saying that I wanted breakfast as a part of the room rate, and each morning, it didn't show up that way in the restaurant....but I was given a complimentary breakfast on two occasions.
