Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and well located near the downtown area. The only thing was that the drain shower was very slow and maybe a bit clogged. The bed was very comfortable.

Clean room - bit small but their standard queen. Nice bathroom - Location one of main reasons we stay there when in Dublin - staff at reception is extremely good as well. Very helpful, very knowledgeable. Isdiri and Cailque were especially helpful to us. Their breakfast buffet is delicious and broad.

Great service, lovely staff - we had an early flight and were able to check in well before 4pm, which was highly appreciated. Great location, everything was very walkable. Temperature in the common areas could have been a little warmer.
