It was only a brief stay, but the hotel is very well located, the staff I encountered were polite and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I'd happily return next time I am in Dublin.

Terrific location across from Saint Stephens Greene. At same time it was quiet and very relaxing. Staff was terrific. Would recommend The Green to anyone who might ask.

It’s alright

Location was ideal, close to the shops and to roam around. Amenities provided were basic for the price paid. Decorative pillows smelled terrible, and the fact that it was placed on the bed - yuck. In room slippers weren’t offered automatically.

A truly elegant hotel, staffed with caring professionals who want everyone's stay to be absolutely perfect. The property is classy and warm with large guest rooms, gorgeous bathrooms, a fabulous breakfast and is located just around the corner from vibrant shopping, dining and entertaining buskers! Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. A true Dublin gem.

Spent a week in Dublin at The Green and could not have been more happy with our decision. Location is excellent, very walkable and centrally located between local and more tourist destinations. Trinity College and Molly Malone are a quick stroll, Temple Bar is a little further (15ish minutes). Local Tram across the street to get to spots further away. St. Stephen's park also right across the street. The weather we had during our stay made the park a nice added bonus. About the hotel...TOP NOTCH service. The attention given to the guests by the staff is impeccable. They truly made us feel like "friends" rather than "guests". Everyone...Marta and Natalia at the front-desk, Jonathon and Violeta in the restaurant and the entire Pen and Player staff, the hotel bar. El Cid, Tallas (not how his name is spelled but it is pronounced "Dallas" with a "T") and Rui. This trio was the highlight of our entire trip. We ended every night enjoying their company. They were personable, friendly, welcoming. Their attention to detail and their craft was impeccable. For anyone who works in the service industry, this group achieves what the goal is and my family could not have been more grateful to meet them and spend those seven special nights in their company. For those who may not have been mentioned by name, you too were not forgotten. The service provided by The Green is top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for anyone looking to visit Dublin.

We stayed for three nights at The Green, and what a wonderful experience it was. The location was very convenient, the room decor was a delight, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to relax easily when back at the hotel as our room was very clean and comfortable. Little mini fridge in the room was so handy to keep fresh milk for cups of tea, and space for other drinks too.

WARNING: They are doing major construction nextdoor and the Green is still placing people in rooms right next to it. At 7:45AM they start jack hammering and your whole room vibrates. While they did agree to move us to a different room, the manager SUCKS for not blocking these rooms from paying guests. Also, the breakfast was really bad. Fire the manager for putting the hotel reputation on the line.

A really nice hotel in a central location. Close enough to Temple Bar but far from the madddening crowd. Front desk staff was wonderful, as well as the breakfast staff. Everyone was lovely.
