Very nice, modern hotel in the business district. Very dark halls and room colors. About a mile away from most of Dublin, so if you plan to sightsee by foot, I recommend staying closer to downtown.

Property was pretty. Very clean and nice amenities. Nice spa. Location is not good as you have to walk quite far in a not so good area to get to town unless you walk along the water which seems safe. They need more front desk help as check in and out is quite lengthy. It was very difficult to understand the international staff as well.

The hotel itself is stunning, located in the beautiful Docklands area with easy access to the city center. My room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooftop bar offers incredible views, and the spa and wellness facilities are a true highlight—perfect for relaxing. The food was excellent, especially breakfast, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful yet luxurious. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and would definitely stay here again!

The shower water pressure was very low - heard other guests in the lift complaining about it too. The pillows are way too soft, it’s like non-existent. Breakfast buffet was amazing. The room was very clean & aesthetic!

Overall the hotel was lovely, the room was nice and the spa facilities were really good. My only critique is that we had booked a king bed but were given 2 single beds which was a shame because I was with my husband and nothing was done or suggested to make up for it.

Each and every staff member was friendly, gracious, and accommodating, but we would especially like to thank Gabriele for her kindness and conscientiousness throughout our stay. The hotel is spotless and in a great location for walking to Trinity College and Temple Bar.

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend in Dublin - good location in walking distance and hotel was excellent, very high quality facilities and a luxury feel. Would definitely recommend for anyone searching for similar.

Overall lovely place but service not great.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff however we had to wait longer than the norm in a 5 star establishment to check in and for a table at breakfast (though there were plenty available) At breakfast we had to ask for butter, for cutlery, for toast. Not terrible but I expected more.
