Very convenient for the 3Arena, good Luas connection. Comfortable bed, good shower. Breakfast would have been great if there had been a bit of flexibility. I didn’t know the doors to the coffee dock & pastries etc would be locked on the dot of 10 o’clock!!

Every member of staff we encountered were fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything done with a smile. Can’t praise them highly enough. Room wasn’t large, but was big enough. A bit limited for drawers/storage. Beautifully decorated. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Like the new dockland development but opening you window in the morning to see a multifloor glass office full of people some 10 meters away was unsettling. As well, the AC couldnt keep up with hot days in Dublin. I know they are rare, but room was unbearably hot.

We were very satisfied with our stay other than the shower situation. We were given the handicapped room and there is no door on the shower and it floods the bathroom terribly. Also, there is very little room for an nonhandicapped person to shower with the handicapped seat that is permanently installed there. This situation is very unsafe for a non-handicapped person.

Perfect for 3arena event

Great location for attending event in the 3 arena as only a short 5-10 minute walk. Modern, clean hotel. Small but functional rooms. Breakfast was great, fresh fruit salad, fresh pastries & good selection of hot food.

We were allocated an accessible room . It didn’t smell overly fresh when we arrived . It was dark and gloomy with tiny windows in the corner. The bathroom was huge but nowhere to set anything down ( need to have some surface space to set toiletries !) there was no fridge which would have been welcome. I found the whole experience a little miserable . The rooms on the website looked bright and airy . Parking nearby was reasonable at €20 for 24 hours .
