This was truly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel was very clean and fresh, and you could immediately tell that they pay attention to details. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always helpful, which made you feel welcome from the very first moment. A very clean and comfortable stay. The only issue we had was concern over the clarity of food allergens at the breakfast and evening buffets. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Dubrovnik. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team — everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always welcoming with a smile. The location is perfect, making it easy to enjoy the city, and the hotel itself is spotless. The rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Beautiful hotel and resort with lovely, well-kept grounds. All staff were polite and friendly, rooms were bright, airy and modern and there were multiple pools to choose from so no fighting for a sun bed. The hotel is also right next to a bus stop so super easy to get into the Old Town.
