Lady L studio apartment with a sea view is a balance comfort with luxe, the practical with the desirable and the seasoned with tactile art. Little gem hidden in Dubrovnik.
Modern, urban & comfortable designed 30 m2 studio apartment with spacious king size bed, kitchen, bathroom and a terrace with a sea view
Apartment has: FREE WIFI & PARKING ,SAT TV, NETFLIX, 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine and equipped kitchen (dishwasher,microwave, nesspreso..)
Lady L is located in a peaceful residential area of Dubrovnik called Gorica Sv Vlaha, about a 15-minute walk from the Old Town. Beach is within 7min walking distance, and free parking area is just in front of the apartment.
Apartment accommodates 2+1 person
Apartment is located at the firts floor, reachable with several steps, and has its own entrance.
Fully equipped kitchen includes kitchenware & utensils, dishwasher and oven; Air conditioned bedroom is for up to 2 adults+ baby/kid.
Bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower including the washing machine. Guests are provided with linens, towels, snacks,juices.
The property features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels & Netflix , free WiFi access, hair dryer, iron, clothes air dryer rack, and baby cot available on request.
