This is a beautiful 15th century property that enables you to truly experience the spirit of the Old town of Dubrovnik.
Villa Nataly is a newly renovated old stone house, restored with love and care, fully furnished, most suitable for families or smaller groups of up to 6 people.
Spend memorable moments on our spectacular roof top terrace enjoying panoramic views of the Old town: famous red rooftops of Dubrovnik, St Blaise’s Church, Cathedral and the sea.

It has 5 stories each one covering approx. 25 sq m, which, along with the roof terrace, makes a total of 120 sq m.
The villa has 3 bedrooms: 1 double room, 2 single rooms, 1 bathroom / wc with bathtub and one bathroom with shower.
As this property has 5 levels accessible only by steps, it would not suit customers with walking difficulties or those with very young children.
From the entrance a corridor leads to the staircase up to the lounge area located on the first floor with a sofa for 2.
The second floor contains one double bedroom with en-suite toilet/shower room.
A spiral staircase leads to the third floor with 2 single bedrooms and a bathroom. In one of the bedrooms a single bed could be converted into a double one.
The fourth floor has an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area with a beautiful view of the old city.
