We stayed in Villa Kate for 4 nights in the top floor balcony room. The host was very welcoming and helpful, giving us a shortcut to the main road on our first night. From the main road, you can walk or take a bus to either side of Dubrovnik with ease, and the buses are very frequent. The room itself was very nice, with ample storage, a good view, great bathroom facilities and effective aircon. Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it!

Very comfortable beds, bathroom clean, shared kitchen was well stocked. Upon arrival host greeted us to the property and offered to take are bags up. Host was very friendly and informative. Loved staying in the classic room! The view from the balcony was beautiful, the area was quiet, and Antonio and his son, the hosts, were incredibly helpful. The only thing I didn’t like were the thin and scratchy sheets and towels (although I still slept like a baby).

Our stay at the Villa was amazing! It is highly recommended for families and couples who want to reach Dubrovnik Old Town by walk, yet enjoy a peaceful place outside the busy historic center. The place is around 20 min walk from the Old Town gate, has a bakery and supermarket very close (around 5 min walk) and a beautiful beach with great swimming options near by (around 10/15 min walk). The place has a big terrace perfect for a breakfast or dinner with an awesome view to the sea. The host is very friendly and helpful.

If you using public transportation, (Hotel Lero) bus stop is only 200 meters away and only 60 steps, it is easy in town that has A lots of steps. Very easy access. Room was very clean. If we go back to Dubrovnik, we will happily stay in the same place.
