My husband and I had the most wonderful stay at Villa Mia. The property is clean and tidy with everything you need. It is in waljing distance of the beautiful sunset beach and the promenade, with some fantastic restaurants. The hosts are brilliant and attentive. The bus link to the Old Town, Pile Gate is just over the road and takes 10 minutes. The area of the Villa is much more relaxed than the Old Town and we would definitely stay again. Thank you for making our stay that much more amazing!

It was a clean & quiet space, the owner was responsive and nice, and it was easy to take a bus to Old City, 10 minutes perhaps. I felt as if I lived in the apt by the time I left.

Lucy was a wonderful host and the Villa is a good location for walking everywhere. There was some traffic noise but you will be bound to get some noise in the city. Overall it was a great place. The check in was not good - Not a good experience. The property manager had us confirm arrival time and then did not show up - I sent 2 emails as I knew their office was near. After waiting for 45 minutes,they finally called & were very rude about us waiting. They called the owner to let us in and the owners are great people. They even had us waiting at the wrong entry way. The Booking people definitely need improvement!

Everything was as promised and the hostess was amazing! We got some great tips to explore the city and our feedback was taken into consideration immediately. Totally recommend this option if you are looking accommodation in the Lapad area!

The hostess was really helpfull when we arrived. She told us what we needed to know to get by in Dubrovnik. The appartment was well located near the beach and the restaurants. Thank to her we had a really good time.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ruhig, ein paar Wohnungsgegenstände könnte man eventuell noch dazu kaufen.. Lokale zum Essen und Trinken zu Fuß erreichbar und auch dort fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Parkplatz war beim Apartment auch vorhanden.

Friendly staff. Large apartment with a comfortable bed. 7-8 minutes walk from the water. Close to supermarket. 40 minutes walk from old town, but pretty easy to take the bus.
