This Cabin is a spacious property located in the heart of Duck Creek Village area. Walking distance from all of your favorite restaurants and stores in downtown. Located within 30 miles of Brian Head Ski Resort, Bryce Canyon, and Zion National Park, this Cabin offers a relaxing mountain experience with its Pine Tree`s and Aspen’s scattered throughout the property. Genuine mountain adventures, world-class ATV, Snowmobiling, hiking, and more await you and your loved ones.

This property allows pets. A $150 nonrefundable fee covers up to 2 pets and must be selected at booking to automatically apply. Undisclosed pets—even at pet-friendly properties—may result in significant fees. For more than 2 pets, please inquire directly, as some property owners permit additional pets for a slightly higher fee.

In winter, our cabins offer a serene escape, but preparation is key for a safe journey. Here`s what you need to know:
Before you set off:
1. Get real-time road conditions and weather updates with Utah`s UDot app and Wunderground`s website (zip code 84762).
2. Plan your travel wisely and avoid winter storms.
Once snow arrives:
• Highway 14 may have snow, and our gravel roads will be snowy. A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is required, with chains recommended.
• Snow removal is prioritized, but please keep in mind that we contract with snowplow companies who only plow after 6” or more of snow for driveways, and they will prioritize guests who check in or check out first, followed by groups who are mid stay.
• Power outages are rare, but if they occur, contact management and we will provide an update on the situation promptly.
Keep in mind:
• Nighttime arrivals may find limited services, so plan accordingly.
• While we`re a small village, we`re here to ensure your winter adventure is memorable and safe.

Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. We offer flexible options if you’d like to request to adjust your stay:
* Early Check-In
• For every hour before 4 pm, up until noon (12pm) the charge is: 25% of the nightly rate per hour.
• For every hour from noon up until 8 am: 50% of the nightly rate per hour.
* Late Check-Out
• From 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM: 25% of the nightly rate per hour.
• From 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM: 50% of the nightly rate per hour.
Note: The maximum time for either early check-in or late check-out is 8 hours.

As a guest of Meadow View Retreat!, you'll find barbecue grills, laundry facilities, and local meal delivery service. The front desk is open around the clock.
