Renovated entirely with a lot of care and love as if the owner's family live there. 3 bedrooms are finished with 4 queen beds, TV in each room, 3 full baths, a living room w/ fireplace, and a kitchen. Well-equipped for you to prepare your meals and dinning. Enjoy your tea or coffee at lovely Jap. style tatami room, read/enjoy sunlight at fully Sunroom. We chose this house due to the proximity to my sister's house, so that worked well. Everything was very clean. The heat worked very well, and beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed, esp as we only intended to use the place for sleeping. The ask though to not dispose of toilet paper in the toilets was extraordinary, the dog barking next door and close proximity of train we're less than ideal.Also, we never got two of the TVs working properly, but I assume that could be fixed easily by owner.

The home was very spacious & clean ! It sleeps 8 adults comfortably in the 4 bedrooms. It was in a good neighborhood & close to stores. It was close to South Gas Arena under 10 minutes away .We enjoyed our stay !

Great house in near Atlanta

I took a team of 5 to a conference near Atlanta and wanted a home where we could be comfortable and debrief daily. We loved this house. It was spacious and in a great location, just minutes away from the conference center.

Nikki’s house was a short ride away from the tournament we were attending at Level Up Duluth. Check in process was easy and Check out only required a few simple steps as well. Priced reasonably for a weekend with a good crowd.

Lotsa space. Upstairs bedroom, bed hard, one very soft and one ok. Temperature warm in bedrooms, very cold in street level. Location good. Little black ants in Upstairs bathroom and other areas. But, host responded quickly to our concern.

The hostess, Nikki, was very pleasant and attentive. The tri-level home was spacious, located in a quiet neighborhood near amenities. The kitchen was well equipped. Each of the 4 bedrooms had queen beds that were uncomfortable. The house is on a septic system and you could not flush toilet paper.

Lots of space in the house for sitting and the a/c worked very well. The bathroom downstairs also smelled of cigarette smoke which was unfortunate

Quick Stay

Nice stay. Came down to Atlanta for a surgery and we were in the storm Helena. The house has a carport that leads into the house. Really nice to pull in and stay dry with luggage and all.

This is a large property and the pics were accurate. It met all my needs would stay again. The only downside was can’t flush toilet paper but it was shared upfront so I wasn’t surprised by that. The host was very responsive and polite. I had a great time at the home. Thanks

The only complaint about the property is I could not get the tv to work in master bedroom :( there was no email or password to connect it to Roku and nothing else would work either with the tv connection I really wanted to watch the chosen series :(
