Pleasant staff. Shopping and dining options close by. While the room looked clean, the carpets and flooring were very dirty. Our white socks were black on the bottom. The day we were leaving, we were unable to take a shower as there was no water in the shower. The water in the sink was cold.

Would not stay again

I arrived around 9 pm, and the first thing that I noticed was the location looked a bit run down, not at all like its postings online. Once I entered the main office doors the first thing I noticed was a strong smell of weed. The front desk was friendly, and got me into my reserved room. The reserved room had not been cleaned so I had to return to the desk to get moved rooms. Desk clerk was apologetic, and moved me rooms. The rooms themselves are older, but they were clean for the most part, the bathroom did not smell very clean at all. The walls are so thin that I got the be a part of even quiet conversations in the hallway, as well as hear any time a door would open. The beds were fine, though the sheets were defintely showing their age.

The room seemed mainly updated. But the extra lock on our door broke. Front desk said someone would come fix it. Never did. The tv worked but it's cracked in the upper corners. Found a dirty sock under the beds. Window is cracked. Then to top it off, they decided Saturday was a good time to chemically treat the pool so it was closed the whole time.

TV only direct tv, no other channels No instructions for heat or cooling Candy wrappers in corner, clothes left on shelf under sink Bathroom floor continued to be wet, especially after flushing toilet. This is a great budget option. The room was spacious and had everything needed, except it was missing hand and shower soap! There were hairs in the shower and the walls had areas of gunk. The breakfast was minimal with no hot items (trays were labeled but empty). No hot water for tea and only apples for fruit. There was a wait at check in with 4 people in line. The gentleman was nice and professional. In the morning the desk was vacant once and the other time had 2 girls that didn’t acknowledge us. Overall the property is aged.

I had a nice stay while I was here, they were able to make a few accommodations for me and my partner which we really appreciated and they were at no additional charge. Got there earlier than check-in but they were able to switch our room so we were able to get ready at the hotel before our event. We even woke up late and they allowed us to have an extra hour to pack up so we didn’t have to scramble.

VERY BAD HOTEL

Do yourself a favor and DON’T STAY HERE. Hallway carpets filthy. Rooms barely passable, but NO daily maid service. I’m still waiting for my $25 security deposit to be reversed on my credit card. There’s another major chain hotel right across the street, try them.

Room was clean. Just need maintenance. Bathroom door was busted up . toilet seat half broken. Steps were gross looking need replacement. . Overall it was ok. Not worth more then what I paid .

The parking lot is strange and ways to reach it seem as though you should have an off-road vehicle as the terrain is very rough. The wait for check in was long, but staff was nice. The room itself was mediocre with a musty/damp smell. It had some cosmetic damage to the walls in the bathroom, the shampoo and conditioner wall containers were not stocked and there wasn't enough towels or washcloths for two people. The breakfast room is small and we had to wait in line outside the door. The food was average. There was coffee and infused water in the lobby which was a nice touch. However, the lounge area in the lobby was dirty. The table contained spilled beverage and had a beverage container left on it for more than 24 hours. The pool and hot tub area was the highlight of the stay. The hot tub was the perfect temp and had a lot of space. The pool was cool, but clean and refreshing. In a room just off the lobby, there was an "arcade" that had 3 claw games and another unique string cutting game. Have never seen a room like that before in a hotel. This hotel is close to many stores and places to eat. It is also less than 20 minutes from Canal park.
