There wasn’t any soap in the room! They ran out and were waiting for their shipment. What hotel runs out of soap? Also, there were a bunch of people slamming doors, very loud from about midnight till 2:30 am. On the first floor not far from the checking desk. I have stayed at this motel several times and was extremely disappointed this time.

Nice room. Bad parking lot in back. Standing water and ice. Embarrassing old mattress i had to sleep on. Wouldn't come back unless you had a new mattress. I will pay more at another hotel just to sleep on a nice bed. This was room 129.

Check in was great. Front staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room didn’t look like it had been cleaned. Dirty Kleenex under the bed, shampoo cap in the bath tub with some hair. The pool temperature was a bit on the cool side. Hot tub was fantastic!

I have stayed here many times. Their rates during the week are some of the lowest around. Generally I have gotten a room that is quiet. As we all know, when you stay at a budget hotel there is always the chance you will get stuck with one of "those people, a neighbor that thinks they are the only people on Earth and bang stuff and walk around all night long. Thankfully last night was not one of those nights and I got a great night's sleep. As always, the room was clean, comfortable, and the guy at the front desk was nice.

Disgusting

Stayed here for two nights. Was looking for a quiet, good-value spot near sax-zim bog for the weekend. When I checked in, I had to switch rooms twice since the first two they assigned me were filthy and had not been cleaned from the guests who had stayed prior. The bed was not very comfortable and there were guests running up and down the hallway and blasting music both nights I was there. Do yourself a favor and stay at the holiday inn express next door instead.

There was blood on the hair dryer. Shower didn't work. Bed mattress was very used and uneven lumps in spots. Scared to sleep under blankets. Sat in toilet almost came off wall. Something sprayed on curtains. Tub didn't work. Toilet looked like it got wet and aurdryed. Very dirty and uncomfortable to stay
