The room was very comfortable, and even though i asked for no steps, there were a few into the room but we were able to manage. The only issue was the parking spot for our room #4 was blocked with snow so we couldn't park there,

Room was in good condition, no interactions with staff. Kind of dark and gloomy, could use another ceiling light. We prefer regular coffee, not the fancy ones. Would we stay again, definitely yes. The location to canal park and its amenities, the lake, is great.

The room was clean and ready for us. It would have been nice to know Room 5 was upstairs—we are elderly but capable of doing steps. Also, instructions for the tv would have been nice. Better lighting as the living area was dim. Neither Room 3 nor us could figure out our tvs. We did appreciate all the amenities provided for the reasonable price. Thank you.
