Location of property is fantastic, with views of Lake Superior readily available. There was a unique odor at reception desk and through out the lobby and hallways. Don’t have a clue of what the odors were. The property had two deferent areas for restaurants could use a joint menu in either restaurant. Restaurants were poorly manned and wait times for seating and orders were longer than usual.

The vanity in our bathroom was not cleaned. I’ve never had that happen at any place we stayed. Check in took a long time. The hot tub was not working. The room was nice but the patio not useable because there were constant vehicles and people using the garage right beneath us. I would not recommend this place.

Excellent place. We were unable to check in on the first night in the room. We had reserved because the room when we got there, we were told hadn’t been cleaned yet because of workers shortage. But we were taking care of. Wonderful staff.
