Easy check-in, friendly staff, close to downtown, ample parking. My one annoyance was hearing a vacuum blasting directly outside my room at 8.30, when I was really hoping to sleep in. As it is hard enough for me to get a good night's sleep, getting back to sleep is usually out of the question. Oh well. Mostly an enjoyable & good stay.

The bathroom floor had pubic hair in several areas and hair stuck to the walls. Even after we asked them to wash the floor, they didn’t wash the area under the sink (it wasn’t in a confined area). I dropped something between the night stand and the bed and when I went to pick it up, I accidentally picked up something that was unidentifiable. I couldn’t tell if it was part of a dog bone, or some food that was petrified. Will not stay there again.

We have stayed here many time before, this is the first time we have ever had an issue with staff. The young man checking us in did nothing but complain about his job and lack of hours. Very unprofessional behavior. A person should never talk about their own personal issues with their job to customers. Other wise everything else was fine except I didn’t receive an extra blanket that I asked for.

Have stayed many times over the years. Always friendly staff. Clean rooms and easy to get to. Price is very reasonable as we have to come to Duluth for Medical Care a couple times a month. Always accommodating to my needs(first floor, extra blanket etc.) will be back!!

The room was clean & we were able to change rooms due to an inability to climb stairs. The staff was kind & friendly. We were allowed to checkout a day early due to postponed surgery.

Have stayed here for many years. Tami was amazing when we checked in. Very pleasant and helpful. I had asked for a 1st floor room because stairs are difficult for me. She got us situated just fine and even got an extra blanket. I Miss Jodi Chambers(Manager) and was very sad to hear when she passed. She was like an old friend. I Hope the new owners don’t change too much or raise the prices too much. As this is another medical trip, it is nice to have a clean, quiet, reasonably priced, friendly place to relax. Tami definitely needs recognition as being an amazing person and employee! I recommend this place to everyone and will continue to do so. We will continue to stay as long as they keep the price’s reasonable!
