The Vue is located at the heart of the popular and heavily traveled North Shore of Lake Superior while located close to the canal, restaurants, entertainment, parks/trails, and downtown Duluth. It is located only two (2) blocks from grocery store, Lester River Park, and is on the lakeside of London Road. It is one of the two units (upper) in this up and down Villa. PL 23-159.

ROAD CONSTRUCTION: Please note: London Road (Hwy 61) will be under construction during the 2026 season, beginning in late April and continuing into the fall. During this project, northbound traffic on London Road will remain open, but southbound traffic will be detoured to Superior Street through portions of the work area. For guests, the main impact will be extra travel time when heading south toward downtown Duluth, Canal Park, and other western parts of the city. The detour is expected to affect travel patterns for much of the construction season, so we recommend allowing a little extra time when arriving, departing, or planning outings.

Our goal is to make your stay as smooth as possible, and we simply want guests to be aware of the roadwork before arrival. For the most current project details and detour maps, please review the official MnDOT information below:
