Everything else was great . What made it frustrating is we wanted to depart a day early due to a snowstorm coming in and us being 4 hours away. Mentioned it to the front desk the morning prior and he made it seem it wouldn't be a problem. He wanted us safe. So we departed the next morning . Management decided they wouldn't refund 1 night of the 3. Extremely frustrating.

Room wasn’t cleaned proper and didn’t have the supplies in room. Dishes were in the dishwasher when we arrived (not sure if clean or dirty), there was sauce on the stove top and bedding for the pull out bed was not in the room. Called for bedding they never came had to go back down and wait later in the evening. Overall for the price it was poor. Staff were amazing, very nice and easy to deal with.

1:30am. Fire alarm. Got dressed. Went downstairs. Nobody at front desk. Other guests milling about. Alarm went on for a solid 20 minutes. No fire equipment showed up. No announcement. Just went off by itself. I worried for the rest of the evening wondering if the building was safe to be asleep in. Got to be a better way.

Couldn’t ask for anything more. Wife and I joined daughter’s family of 4 including 3 and 5yo in a roomy room with 2 queen beds. So: 6 adults and 3 small kids. Everyone enjoyed their 2 night stay in this rather new hotel. Awesome staff and cleanliness is top notch.
