Stunning, custom built, two- story classic! This beautiful, sprawling home is nestled in the trees overlooking the 8th fairway at River Falls Plantation, a Gary Player Signature Golf Course Community.



Enjoy the community pool in season, or play tennis before coming home to more fun playing on the professional pool table. This luxury home is located inside a club setting and offers all the amenities. Perfect for a boys get-away, girls retreat or a corporate stay or family time.



This 5 Bedroom 3.5 Bathroom home has a stunning stone front entry and sweeping staircase just inside. Find the pool table to your left opening up into one of the living areas and spacious back porch with fire-pit, outdoor seating and grill, just beyond. Another sitting area is just off the large open, fully stocked kitchen, which also includes a dining area easily seating 6 tucked into a bay window overlooking the back porch. An office with elegant wooden desk and leather couch allows your inner executive room to work. A large laundry room provides a full-sized washer and dryer with cleaning supplies provided, and a half-bath is also located off the living area.

Quick family trip

In town visiting family and stayed here for a couple of days. The accommodations, and location were perfect. Easy access to downtown Greenville and Spartanburg. Would stay at this location again in a minute. Only regret is I didn’t have time to get a round of golf in.

College Graduation

We had a very pleasant stay in Duncan. This particular area was beautiful and enjoyable. Had a fabulous view of golf course and got to see some baby geese as well. The bedrooms were all roomy and comfortable. The location is very convenient to several stores and restaurants, the airport, and nearby towns.
