Had a pretty good stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly. Parking was simple and felt safe, which was a big plus. Check in was extremely fast and easy. Loved the location, water across the way and Cowichan Bay market. They were in the process of renovating the property but it had no effect on our stay. We booked the King suite, newly renovated, and loved the size and amenities. Full fridge, hot plate, fully supplied kitchen, a living room area with 4 chairs, and small balcony with 2 chairs. I would definitely book there again.
