There are two large cupboards offering plenty of storage space and for hanging clothes. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests. There is a well stocked kitchen to cook your favorite meals (inc. washer). All bed linen, towels, Unlimited Wifi, utilities etc are included for your stay. Free on-Street parking is available right outside the door but Broughty Ferry is an extremely popular area and it can be difficult to find a space. You can however usually find a space in one of the surrounding streets just a few minutes walk away. There is a large Supermarket just around the corner. Situated just a 3 minute walk from the town’s most popular cafes, bars, restaurants on Broughty Ferry High Street, you can walk one street across onto the popular Coastal Walk, turning left towards Broughty Ferry Castle and the ‘Sandy Beach’ esplanade, or turn right towards the Royal Tay Yacht Club along the ‘Stoney Beach’. With the house being located on the coastal walking and cycle route, there are several key attractions nearby including; Castle Green children's play area, Broughty Castle, both beaches and the Esplanade. Amongst the many restaurants and 15 local pubs is the award-winning Tayberry restaurant, Bruach Cocktail Bar and sevral quality take-aways if you wish to make the most of your own dining area. The Fishermans Tavern is a visitors favorite and is right around the corner. This is also a popular spot for Golfers with the famous Links course of Carnoustie, St Andrews and Kingsbarns just a short drive away, along with Panmure golf club and Balumbie very close by.
