No air conditioner. No extractor in bathroom. Old rooms. Toilet seat broken. Bedrooms on roadside which is SH1 very noisy not double glazed so noisy all night.

nice spot for Dunedin stay , walkable into city . Dining options nearby . had rooms at front so was a bit noisy . Bathroom window you could not close as the latch was sitting on sill . Would use again but request a room in middle .

While dated, all your basic needs are taken care of. The entrance to the unit is a patio style glass sliding door, so you have a wide open view of the parking lot, and vice versa. The bed was comfortable. The TV included a good selection of cable channels. Within easy walking distance of the Dunedin Botanic Garden, Tuhura Otago Museum, and many restaurants.
