This is our second stay. The first was a standard room and the second tile we upgraded. It was a mistake the room had a door shared with the next door and you could hear everything. We asked to be moved. Staff were lovely and very helpful, over all shifts. The breakfast both times we have stayed is wonderful. I love the garden area. We used the bar this time at it was a nice place to share a drink. Everything is so clean and tidy. The bed very comfortable.

Easy to get to and park, nice location just outside of the main part of the city right next to the Botanical gardens. Would stay again. If it was hot, rooms have no air con and the rooms would get very warm. Ours was hot and only 18 degrees during the day hard to cook down

Front desk staff superb.

Front desk team are the best. Credit and recognition well deserved. They couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. They made the stay to be honest. Rooms ok. Could do with air con as unusually hot weather the little fan did little to keep the room cool. Excellent quiet location. Will def stay here again.

Friendly but professional reception staff. Very helpful. Good variety of food at the restaurant. Went the extra mile to alter a dish due to an allergy without being asked to. Also when they realised it was my birthday they came out and sang me Happy Birthday and popped a candle in my cheese platter. Really thoughtful and unexpected. Bedroom was lovely and very clean. Very quiet. Good shower and toiletries. Easy parking. Definitely would recommend.
