Room was great and a touch updated. Spacious also. The bathroom was dated in our room. Pretty small too. Bathtub Shower combined, and the hand basin was tiny and very low - not sure how a 6 footer person will manage. Good wifi access too. Walkable to north or south ends of Dunedin. Octagon was easily 5-7min walk away. Carpark is right next to it, just have to buzz in to reception to let you in/out. The staff can assist to park/find a spot if its busy during peak times. Could get away with street parking too, especially in back streets.

The room had no Air conditioning and it was so hot in there. Windows could have been opened during the day to try and make the room cooler. Also no ventilation in the bathroom, so it was so hot in there as well

Quite a walk from the uni. Great restaurants around. Ten plus minutes walk to octagon and George street shops the room needed an air con unit as was very hot. They did provide a fan. also needed some maintenance in the bathroom as the plug was stuck in the sink. Nice big spacious rooms. Well appointed and very clean. Great hotel amenities. Staff lovely.

Beautiful hotel, nice clean room with a comfy bed. Perfect location for walking distance of the city. Slight hiccup with an old menu in my room but this was fixed immediately with friendly service and no inconvenience to me. 10/10 experience.
