The location was perfect for us at the heart of the street art circuit. I liked the 'local' NZ feel of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a great choice for breakfast.

Date booking wasn’t clear. We came in at 1am so booked for that day. However, we were told we should have booked for the day before. Luckily they had a room for us but we had to pay for another night with no refund for the date we had booked. Contacted Wotif to see if we could use this for another time but no response.Don’t get caught out on this.
