Pool Table, Ping Pong and a Shuffleboard table in the garage. The home is perfect for multiple families as it features a 2nd living space with a cocktail arcade game (with 60 classic games), TV and queen pull out sofa.

The newly renovated Durango Hot Springs is just a 1/2 mile from the home and Dalton Ranch Golf Course along with PJs Market and a great liquor store are just across highway 550 only a mile from the house.
