Our two story, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in Tamarron Resort Resort is set among a breathtaking scenic valley in Colorado s San Juan Mountains and is one of the premier properties in the area. The 700 acre Tamarron Resort and Glacier Club provide ideal access to the primary recreational amenities of the area (Purgatory Resort, skiing, fishing, four-wheeling, hiking trails, mountain biking, etc.), and yet is still close enough to town for a short trip to experience the plethora of wonderful dining and shopping opportunities in Durango.This unit is located in the Pinecone area and features updated kitchen with stainless appliances, 2 full baths (one on each level), big deck with seating, and lots of natural light. There is a queen bed in main floor bedroom and two queen beds in the upstairs open loft. Washer/Dryer in condo. The main level bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Guests have access to a range of resort amenities including the valley fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, spas, tennis and pickle ball courts, e-bike rentals, fat tire bikes, cross country skiing, and snow shoeing. Guests can also play the Glacier Club's front 18 holes, amid the pristine mountain setting, at a discounted rate. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.

The resort charges a resort fee of $30/day (charged at the time of booking) and allows you to use Tamarron's amazing facilities.

A friendly reminder before you book your stay, is to remember we are trusted to manage independent and family-owned homes. We simply ask that you treat these homes and properties with the same respect that you would expect one to treat yours. Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guests, pets and gatherings, we are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guests that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guest with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.

Please note that most properties are outfitted with outdoor security cameras.

Cancellation Policy:
If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Between (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given.
For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee Cancellations made between thirty one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund.

Trip insurance is available for purchase and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

Comfortable Condo in a beautiful golf community

We really enjoyed at stay at Glacier Club and this condo was perfectly comfortable and well equipped. Layout worked really well for our family of 4. The loft was excellent for my 10 and 13 year old boys. Nice patio with chairs. It was really nice to have access to one of the golf courses, pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. We ordered from the Cliffside Grille and Mine Shaft restaurants several times and liked both very much. We were really glad we stayed here and would go back!
