it was very nice i like the place but not the administration part of it at the reception or office.they office is in a remote area out of town and the sorrounding is scary for tourist.

Door handles of bedrooms not functioning from the inside. We had to keep bedrooms opened even during the nights. Management didn't respond quickly until we leave. There is a need to apply pesticides when the unit is empty

This is an apartment unit in a great area near restaurants and bars. It is not, contrary to how it appears on Hotels.com, a hotel. I had to call the property to tell them that we would be arriving late. In response, I got an email telling me that I had to go to another location, the Bentley Lodge some distance away, to pick up the keys. If I had not done that, I don't know how I would have found out about how to get in. While there, I wrote to ask several questions, including what to do with the keys on check out and did not get an answer until after I left. The unit itself is spacious and well equipped, but the process of checking in and checking out needs some work.
