We had a very pleasant stay, mainly thanks to the excellent leisure facilities. The pool was clean and inviting, the jacuzzi was relaxing, and the sauna added a great touch to the overall experience. These amenities really made our visit enjoyable. Was told breakfast was a buffet, went to get breakfast and it was cold staff never came over and asked how it was. We then realised we could have ordered something off the menu asked about this as our breakfast was too cold to eat and said you can but will be a charge, even though they could see we had hardly touched our breakfast. I told reception when we left and also sent an email but not had any reply.

Extremely slow WiFi very frustrating Pool times confusing and annoying when stay a weekend and only day pass people can use a nice hot tub. 11am check out time should be midday and ridiculously greedy £30 charge to get midday checkout rather than an extension to a normal time
