Room could be better. Coffee machine not working and not fixed. No kettle to make your normal teabag tea! Toilet paper not stocked up. Body wash and shampoo not stocked up. Pillow.. very soft, you better off without. Lift needs some prior knowledge to use

Room was great , Staff were great. Location is very hand for Main Station and Underground. However the elevators take a lifetime to come. Especially in the morning. Stairs are for emergency use only so you have no choice but to wait on the elevator. It took 15 mins one morning for us to get to reception from the elevator. Apart from Elevator this is a great hotel

Room was boiling hot and staff offered no help, had to keep window open 24/7 (it was 8/9 degrees outside) to be able to sleep. ‘Executive’ room was incredibly worn down, all needs love and care. ‘King bed’ was two singles pushed together. ‘Separate’ sitting area was the other side of the same room, that’s not separate and was useless when travelling with a child who needs to sleep earlier than you. Bathroom had 3 bottles labelled ‘shampoo and body wash’ but each had different colour liquid and consistencies. Housekeeping very inconsistent, still cleaning rooms at 6pm! Never cleaned glasses or coffee cups (sometimes got new pods and water, sometimes didn’t) All staff we encountered were just unhelpful, and made no attempt at all to improve our stay. Unless you’re staying for business (i.e not paying), stay somewhere else

Clean room with basic but good facilities. Didn’t read the note about having to pay extra for pool access so this was a surprise. Room was far too hot and due to street noise it was impossible to sleep well. Bed was comfortable though

昔後程HotelNikkoからは変わったが、その後の凋落から回復し、快適に過ごせる様になった。日光による暑さを制御するエアコン能力が少し不足している様です。
