The room was poor quality. The toiletts smell from cigarette very strong. The location of the hotel was good. Breakfast was not possible, but very near you could make breakfast.
Alles super. Da unser Zimmer direkt an der Kreuzung lag war es etwas lauter. Da wir aber sehr kaputt von unserem Event (Final-Four Handballpokalfinale) waren. sind wir sehr schnell eingeschlafen. Erst der Wecker holte uns aus unseren Träumen.

Hotel in Ordnung, Mitarbeiter freundlich, nur mit meinem Zimmer und den ''Umwelteinflüssen'' hatte ich Pech: Nicht alle Jalousien haben funktioniert, weswegen es tagsüber im Zimmer sehr heiß wurde. Durch geöffnete Fenster drang bis sehr spät Nachts Straßen- und Baulärm und Musik (gut, es ist eben ein Hotel am Bahnhof) und Dönergestank ins Zimmer. Ich würde wieder dort buchen, allerdings auf ein anderes Zimmer bestehen

So etwas habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie erlebt!! Als ich aufs Zimmer kam, war bereits jemand anderes auf dem Zimmer, der die gleichen Zigangsdaten wie ich bekommen hat, der jedoch erst am nächsten Morgen einchecken sollte. Da fühlt man sich ja richtig sicher. Daraufhin wurde er rausgeschmissen und ich solle das benutzte Zimmer nehmen. Ich habe gesagt, dass ich aus hygienischen Gründen das Zimmer nicht mehr betreten werde. Daraufhin wurde mir gesagt, dass kein weiteres Zimmer mehr frei ist. Dann bin ich ein wenig ausgerastet und habe doch ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Die Bettdecken haben nach Kotze gestunken und es waren Lippenstift-Spuren drauf. Für sowas darf man kein Geld verlangen. Und ich brauche auch keinen Luxus. Aber für ein 3 Sterne Hotel kann man deutlich mehr verlangen.

Haarkneuel in der Dusche war echt ekelig, wurde aber vom Reinigungspersonal glaub einfach vergessen, denn sonst war die Sauberkeit gut.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at [Hotel Mirage]. The experience was far below any acceptable standard, and I feel compelled to highlight the numerous issues I encountered:
1. Dirty Room: The room was in an unacceptable condition upon arrival, with visible dirt and an overall lack of cleanliness.
2. Dirty Towels and Bathroom: The towels provided were stained and unhygienic, and the bathroom was extremely dirty, which made it impossible to use comfortably.
3. Rude Staff Behavior: The staff exhibited unprofessional and rude behavior, which added to the negative experience.
4. Terrible Management: The overall management of the hotel was chaotic and inefficient, leaving guests to deal with unresolved problems.
Such a level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable and does not align with the expectations I had when booking with your establishment.
I request immediate action regarding this matter, including an apology and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. I hope you take this complaint seriously to prevent other guests from facing similar issues.
