A plush leather Chesterfield sofa sits alongside a metal framed glass topped coffee table and two stylish armchairs finished in teal fabric, with a natural fibre rug positioned on the floor. It's the perfect spot for socialising in the evenings with a glass of something nice.

The rear section of the room comprises a modern and well equipped kitchen space. Grey blue wooden kitchen units with a glossy white worktop are designed in a U-shape with the counter to one side doubling up as a dining space, with four comfortable dining stools. A full height fridge freezer sits alongside an eye level double oven, sink with dishwasher under and electric hob.
