This historic property was built in 1922, and this motel-style room at the resort will provide you with everything you need to experience Eagle River's natural beauty. Enjoy a view of the water, access to a private beach on Dollar Lake, and such shared amenities as a dock, on-site boat rentals, snowmobile trails, a tennis court, a pickleball court, a basketball court, a playground, and a beer garden/grill and full bar Memorial Day to Labor Day weather permitting.

The property is the site of several major local and regional events, including USA Hockey Pond Hockey National Championships andthe Subaru Winter Driving Experience.
