The location of this property is perfectly situated in a charming town with plenty of bars and hiking trails nearby. Whether you are an avid hiker or simply looking to decompress, this home will bring you comfort.

Fall asleep to the sounds of the waterfall on the Catskill creek! The peaceful backyard is perfect for hanging out under the stars by the fire - one of the coolest features is overlooking a beautiful large waterfall that you can hear from anywhere outside on the property.

The Space:
- 2 full size beds
- Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and utensils
- Dining table and chairs/bench for 4 guests
- Separate heat for living room and bathroom
- 50" Smart TV
- Free high-speed Wi-Fi

Guest Access:
You will have the bottom unit to yourselves. (Though someone may come to mow the lawn.) We have WiFi, an outdoor fireplace, outdoor gas grill, a long driveway for parking. Cell service is often spotty at the house, but we have fast, reliable WiFi. The kitchen has all the basics for cooking (pots, pans, spices).

Other Details:
If you have a larger party, please reach out to us as we may be able to rent the top unit as well for a better deal.

Located just 15 to 20 minutes to Windham & Hunter Mountains and close to all major attractions including a water park, golfing, hiking, skiing, shopping, restaurants, antiquing, and much more.

There was great communication from the host. The amenities worked well for us during our stay. Being on the Main Street, it was loud. We did wear earplugs to drown out the noise when sleeping. The sulphur smell from the water was, at times, overwhelming. The water may not have been run for some time, because the smell wasn't as bad after 2 days. We did not use the firepit, but did walk around in the backyard to see the waterfall. There was some trash left in the backyard or maybe an animal dragged the bag of trash out of the trash.

This is a super nice little space. It is in beautiful shape. It is right smack on a busy road so not very quiet. Also, it is funny to name it after the fire pit so don't choose it for that. Perfect location for me. Clean and comfortable.

Great place last minute stay

I had a few family members come into town. Everyone was going to stay at my house but it was going to be tough with limited bed space so I rented this Vrbo location and it worked out perfectly.. nice CLEAN place near by. Easy check in. When my family got there there was an issue with the Wi-Fi, my brother-in-law law got on the phone with the host LATE at night and we were able to get it running

It would appear that this is a new host. There were a few glitches: I was not able to contact the host (had to rely on my daughter); there were no wash clothes or dish; no mattress covers; no instructions for using tv; drain in either shower not secure; towel bar (obviously fixed before) came out if the wall; we had to clean under the bins in the fridge (ugh).

We were looking for a place to stay to meet up with some extended family members. We could not have been happier with the experience. The home was so clean and comfortable. The location was perfect! If our travels bring us back to East Durham we will happily stay here again!!

Relaxing home away from home with

Perfect weekend getaway, I did a couples getaway, stayed here with my husband and my friend with her husband, we enjoyed our stay so much we would stay here again! Checking in was a breeze, Jaimin the host was absolutely great, checked in with us during our stay to make sure we settled in alright. Towels and your basic necessities are provided and basic kitchen equipment as well which was a plus for us as we intended to cook most of the time we were there but if you don’t want to cook, the duplex is situated on a local road, there’s restaurants and a mini supermarket down the road and a McDonald just mins away. We were also 20-25 mins away from trails for hiking. Overall it was great, we highly recommend!
