Plenty of sleeping space for groups! Sleep up to 10 people in our pet friendly 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom home with finished basement and beautiful backyard in Cape Cod!

1st floor Bedrooms/ Bathrooms:
- One full bathroom with walk in shower/tub combo.
- Bedroom 1: Queen Size bed, closet, and Smart TV.
- Bedroom 2: Queen Size bed, closet, and Smart TV.
- Window AC Units in each bedroom in summer months.

2nd Floor Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
- One full bathroom with walk in shower
- Bedroom 3: King size bed, 2 closets, Smart TV, mini Fridge.
- Bedroom 4: Full size bedroom, desk/work area, 2 closets, Smart TV.
- Window AC Units in each bedroom in summer months.

Each bedroom has its own window A/C unit in the summer time. Smart Nest thermostats control the heat in the winter months.

3 minutes from golfing at the Falmouth Country Club

*SHOPPING*
Great shopping and restaurants in both Falmouth and Mashpee (Mashpee Commons) are a 15 minute or less drive from the house.

*PETS*
We allow well behaved pets to join! Please let us know ahead of time and add to your reservation as there is an additional $100 fee for additional cleaning.

An older, but cute Cape rental, which was very overpriced IMO. The basement was completely unusable as I couldn't make it down the stairs without gagging from the musty/mildew/damp smell. The owner said she was going to do some remediation on that, but for our stay, we couldn't make use of that space at all. The entire upstairs smelled heavily of marijuana, and it is supposed to be a smoke-free place. So upstairs and downstairs smelled bad.There were LOADS of spiders to the point where every single night I killed 1-3 in the bedroom I slept in, and woke up after the first night with a very bad bite that I had to seek urgent care and go on antibiotics for. I don't know if they are coming through the windows (AC units) or what, but they need to look into sealing things. There is shrubbery right up against one of the bedroom windows (which I kept closed), which might be contributing to the problem. The kitchen was well-stocked, but we had to run dishes through the dishwasher before using them because they were dirty. There were lots of price tags/hair ties/dust bunnies under the beds showing that they haven't been swept/vacuumed for a while. Cleanliness was a 2.5-3 / 5.The living room was the best space for us to enjoy, though there were tons of bugs (spiders, silverfish (twice), many flies, some kind of beatle). We were very careful to not leave the door open for long when entering/exiting, so we weren't letting bugs in. The host was kind, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Falmouth Vacation

We found this nice house that was able to accommodate our large family. It has all the amenities that you would ever need and they had a large yard for our dog to run around. We had a great vacation.

Cute Cape house for winter getaway

We spent a few nights here over Christmas holiday with our adult children. The house was comfortable with plenty of space to hang out together. The sectional in the living room was large and comfortable. The kitchen had the essentials to cook meals together although the table could use more seating or some folding chairs. The bedrooms were all good size with queen or king beds. There is a large backyard with deck seating which would be nice in the warmer weather. Jennifer communicated well and the welcome basket was a nice touch. All in all it was comfortable stay.

House is cute buttttt

This home was cute however the not the best choice during the heat of summer. Upon check in, we received an email with a warning to be careful using the AC with other electronics or the fuse will blow and if this happens there are lanterns in the cabinet. Yikes! The 2nd floor AC was not enough to cool during the August heat and it was hot up there even with a floor fan running. These bedrooms were not useable. The basement has a very musty moldy odor making it equally as challenging to sleep down there. Arrived Sunday evening and by Monday afternoon we decided to leave bc of the sleeping situation and we didn't even have trip insurance.
