The light-filling living room with a central fireplace opens up to a bricked patio on one side, for grilling and entertaining, and to a large deck surrounding a 40-foot saltwater heated pool on the other. The large master suite has vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, walk-in closet and a large bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The other three bedrooms and two full baths are located down a hallway on the other side of the home. Contiguous hiking/biking trails are steps away, and Northwest Harbor Beach is less than a mile. An eight-minute drive to both the towns of Sag Harbor and East Hampton, this minimalist contemporary is an ideal retreat for those who want to be close to activity, but return to peaceful tranquility.
