Great spot for a family get together, the home feels like home. All were comfortable, and the amenities great. the near by lake was nice. Communication with property owner excellent. Exactly as described.

Beautiful house in a great location

This house exceeded our expectations. Everything was updated and the kitchen was even well stocked with spices, etc. The layout is perfect for families with the upstairs as a great space for kids/teens. The new addition of the hot tub was a very unexpected surprise and such a great feature to have. The private lake is beautiful and within walking distance from the house. We loved having the paddle boards available and used them numerous times during our trip. Ashley was such a pleasure to work with. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Cape retreat with all of the comforts of home!

This property was perfect for our family of four and our dog. The home’s layout allows everyone privacy when needed, but the lake and provided board games insured quality family time. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and Ashley and Paul were fantastic hosts. We would happily stay here again.

Teens and a pup. Family enjoyed

The host was very prompt in all responses and questions. The home is beautifully decorated and well appointed. Loved the hot tub and deck, which was private and perfect for evening happy hour. The upstairs and the finished basement worked well for teenagers. The lake was within walking distance- would be awesome for small children or to go and read a book and relax. Location was close enough to multiple beaches and sights. The host gave great recommendations for local restaurants and options.

Very nice clean house

We stayed with our three teenage daughters and really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean/comfortable and accommodating. It is close enough to Sandwich for the beach and restaurants to not need yo spend a lot of time back and forth on the road. Nice updates to the bathrooms and showers. Ashley was very helpful and communicated before and during stay as needed. Thank you!!
