On arrival I was given a room but there was no heating so it was very cold. The Manger happily moved me to another room with a heater in which was better. The room itself was clean and in good condition with plenty of tea/coffee. The mattress though was very hard, not comfortable at all and quite crunchy. The noise from outside was easily heard (which can't be helped I imagine) but still was a loud room to have. The staff were helpful and all in all for the price I paid I can't really complain. I don't think I would return, purely as the bed made sleep quote hard.

I don't have any major issues but there could have better airfreshners because there was an unpleasant smell coming from the wardrobe. The owner was helpful. Car parking is a problem but this is not related just to this guest house.

Comfortable Stay

Pros: Everything - friendly owners, clean comfortable and a very nice breakfast - thank you!
Cons: Nothing!
Location: Cromwell House has an excellent location near the beach, pier and shopping centre.
Cromwell House is a very comfortable Bed and Breakfast Hotel - with an excellent location close to the beach, pier and shopping centre. Would highly recommend!
