Great Hotel with excellent service

Had a very pleasant stay at the Chatsworth Hotel. I was greeted by the Hotel Manager George who advised I'd been given a complimentary Upgrade to a very nice suite. The Hotel was beautiful with the original lift that is apparently about 100 years old, I was then taken up to my suite and given lots of very useful information. In my room was a great guide to Eastbourne letting me know all the events that were going on during my stay and when I popped out for my evening meal I was given recommendations where I could eat. The staff were all very lovely and helpful and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, I will certainly be going back. Particular highlight was the ocean veiw from my room.

Very welcoming staff at the hotel. Overall a decent stay and a good sized room however the room could be a lot cleaner. Lots of dust and things under the bed left my previous guests I assume.

Quality hotel

Professional but friendly staff, big Alex, cool Kevin and suave George are the perfect team and will meet all of your hotel guest needs; the bar, breakfast and gym are all outstanding - and a ride lion the elegant 120yo lift is a must!
