Comfortable stay, well located.

Although not requested, we were allocated an accessible room so the room was very spacious, which we appreciated, and the bed was clean and comfortable. I was impressed with the facilities and thoughtful touches to assist less able bodied guests. In the wet room shower room there was plenty of space and multiple rails and bars. I did find, however, that the hand basin was very close to the toilet, so much so that I had to awkwardly slip in sideways to use the toilet. It would have been nice to have a shelf near the basin and a shelf or caddy in the shower, as there was nowhere to put down toiletries, comb, etc. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Would visit again, the hotel tried to keep my bank card and had contact the police. Cancelled the room and awaiting my refund , also I have cancelled my gym membership. I would not recommend visiting a village hotel gym or hotel again, there are far better places to stay in the area with friendlier staff like the Hilton at Utilita bowl.

Very clean and convenient

Modern hotel. Good easy checkin and check out. Parking cost me extra. £5 per night. Busy place as there is a very popular gym in first floor.Rooms have either a small window or no window but a glass door to the shower room that has a small window letting some natural light in. It didn't bother me much. Will stay again as it is very conveniently situated in Eastleigh between Southampton and winchester and reasonably priced.

I was in the area in business, which i am quite often. This is the first hotel that i have stayed at where I feel i could use as a base when im in the area. Rooms were smaller than most, but the bed was super comfy, a great desk with working area, very good shower etc. Plus the TV had very good channels unlike most. The bar/restaurant was very lively, great choice of drinks and food.
