This listing includes the main house only (sleeps 6). If you need more space, the Bunkhouse can be added for an additional fee.

Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the main house and the entire 76-acre property. Self-check-in via keyless entry. Parking available for multiple vehicles, boats, trailers, or ATVs. Guests do not have access to the bunk house.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Eaton Rapids, this retreat feels remote but is easily accessible.

• 12 minutes to Eaton Rapids for groceries, shops, restaurants

• 30 minutes to Lansing or Jackson for day trips

• Under 2 hours to Detroit



Getting Around:

A vehicle is definitely recommended. The home is located just off Stimson Rd, with easy access to I-96 for trips to Lansing, Grand Rapids, or Detroit. The long private driveway makes parking easy, and there’s plenty of space for multiple vehicles, trailers, or ATVs.

Mosquitoes are common in the summer months, even though the property is professionally treated. We recommend bringing repellent for added comfort while enjoying the outdoors.



🎯 Hunting (In Season)

Hunting is permitted on the property during legal hunting seasons, in accordance with all local and state regulations.

Valid hunting tags are required

There is no indoor game-cleaning area

All game must be kept outdoors or stored in your vehicle

Elevated platform beds (step stools provided)

Single-level home with one step at the entrance



👥 Day Guest Policy

$100 flat fee for up to 5 daytime guests

$20 per guest for guests 6–20 (day use only)

$40 per guest if over capacity without pre-approval

All guests — day or overnight — must be pre-approved



🥂 Full Venue Rental (Weddings & Events Package)

- Host up to 80 guests over a minimum of 42 hours. This includes check-in at 4:00 p.m. and check-out 42 hours later at 10:00 a.m.

- Includes all lodging units + outdoor amenities

- Starting at $10,200

- Example Wedding Timeline: Couples would gain access to the property at 4:00 p.m. Friday, use Saturday as the primary wedding day when guests arrive and celebrate, and then depart by 10:00 a.m. Sunday.

- Additional Days: $4,000 per day.
