Orientation and usage guidelines are provided prior to use. SpaCruzzi is included during the winter season and available for optional use at other times of year.

We enjoyed a wonderful week in this beautiful lake house.All was just as described and photographed. The rooms were spacious and allowed for our group of 12 to have lots of together time while the five bedrooms and separate bathrooms provided privacy when preferred. The onsite boat rental was an extra bonus. We look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful Lake Oconee Home

The house was amazing with a great location on the lake. It had enough room for the whole family and pet friendly. The boat rental was perfect right on the dock for easy access. It allowed us to explore the great Lake Oconee and have fun with the family. We will definitely be renting the home again.

Better than imagined

We had such a wonderful week. The house was immaculate and beautiful and in a great location. Veronica replied immediately to any questions we had and did everything to make our stay great. We were sad to leave and would definitely rent this house again. It was everyhting as advertised and more.. all we needed..My wife and I… my mother in law.. and my two sons ages 19 and 23. Plenty of stuff to do for everyone..

The stay was wonderful. The host was prompt, helpful, and the house was able to sleep 12 grown men comfortably. The house is in close proximity to many good golf courses. There was plenty of outdoor space as well.

Waterfront and easy access

My friends and I loved staying here for the weekend. The home was bigger than the pictures and were so thankful for the easy access to the main road and waterfront. You're not too long of a walk from the water and the hot tub had breathtaking views of the water. Plenty of food and fridge storage, seating, and beds for everyone to have their own space. Veronica made it extremely easy to check in and was communicative. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing experience

Veronica is a great hostess and communicated with us regularly. The property is beautiful and easily accomodated all 7 of us, not including a toddler and a dog. Her property manager showed us how to use the pontoon boat, which was fairly straightforward. And we were lucky to have perfect weather and very little lake traffic. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Early Christmas at the lake

Without a doubt the best VRBO experience we have ever had. The house is spectacular. There is nothing you need except your clothes and food. And drink 😃 Veronica was absolutely top notch. She responded almost immediately to any enquiries we had. The only issues that came up were minor in nature and resolved to our complete satisfaction. I strongly recommend staying here. It is a lovely place, even in the winter cold. We were sad to leave.

Perfect family getaway on the water

This is a 5BR/5BA property. One of the bedrooms is a separate carriage house with bath. The other 4 bedrooms and baths are in the main house. There is a big main living area with seating, large dining table that will seat 10, plus a huge, well-equipped open kitchen. Every room is beautifully decorated in a minimalist fashion that is warm and comfortable. The furniture, decor and finishes are high-end, which is a great indication that this house is the owner's dream house, not simply an investment property. To me, this makes it feel like I'm a guest of friends at a really nice house, not simply a renter. There is also a great game room in the basement with an arcade game, foosball, and a selection of board games. There are big screen TVs throughout the house with good Internet service to watch whatever streaming services you have. The outdoor spaces are spectacular. First, the lot gently slopes toward the water, making it ideal for the elderly or people with mobility issues. There is a large deck off the main level with a huge dining table, large gas grill, and comfortable seating area. Under the main deck is a basement-level covered patio with a ton of seating. The yard is gorgeous, with comfortable seating and a nice firepit. Walk 20-30 yards to the water and large dock. There is a floating mat large enough to hold 4-5 people easily. The swimming area is in a cove away from boat traffic in the main channel of the lake. The boat, also available for rental, is fantastic. It's a 24' tritoon with a bimini top and comfortable seating. It comes with all the safety gear you need: fire extinguisher, throwable cushion, and life vests in a variety of sizes. In addition, the boat is equipped with good electronics that include charting, downscan and echo fishfinder, etc. There is also a selection of water toys (towable, kayaks, etc.) to add some variety to your days on the water. If you choose to bring your own boat, there is plenty of room and cleats to tie it up to the dock. We brought a fishing kayak. It was easy to launch and recover from the dock. Finally, and perhaps most important, the owner and the property manager were both incredibly responsive. Every question was answered quickly, thoroughly and politely. We have stayed at a number of vacation rental properties. This is among our favorites. I highly recommend this property!

Such a great family vacation!

What a beautiful home! We had a family of 8 adults & an infant: everyone had the perfect amount of space, yet could easily gather in all the common spaces together too. The hosts and house manager were very responsive anytime we had questions as well. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful, clean home in a great location!

I only have great things to say about our week in this home. We are two families with kids ranging from 16-23. There was plenty of room to spread out throughout the two levels and large outdoor space. The kitchen is well-stocked with anything you may need for cooking. We loved the floating mat and covered decks for morning coffee. Each room has fresh, tasteful bedding and large, new televisions. The location is close to Publix and a number of fabulous local eateries. We also rented the boat which was fantastic. It had plenty of room for all of us and was a great addition to our stay. The owner is responsive and very helpful. We would definitely love to stay in this lovely home again.
