Welcome to Ready Set Vaca Properties, Lake Oconee (Eatonton, GA)! This stunning three-story, 7,000-square-foot modern mansion offers plenty of space for you and your crew to create unforgettable memories right on the lake.

BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS
Every bedroom is thoughtfully curated with your comfort in mind. Enjoy fresh white linens that feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud, ensuring you feel right at home. Each bathroom is fully stocked with essentials, including luxurious towels, paper products, shower caps, a blow dryer, and more.

The master suite on the main floor features a king bed and a stunning bathroom complete with a dual-head walk-in shower and a massive tub. For added convenience, there’s also a half bath on the main floor for guests.

Heading upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. One master suite boasts a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower featuring dual shower heads. The upper level also includes two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen bed, which share a full bathroom equipped with a standard tub and shower.

Finally, the lower level is accessible via a staircase from the main level and includes two more bedrooms. One bedroom has two queen beds, while the other features one queen bed. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom, providing plenty of space and comfort for everyone.

KITCHEN & DINING
This property features two kitchens for your convenience and enjoyment. The primary kitchen on the main level boasts a stunning open-concept design that invites the entire group to gather. An added bonus is the breathtaking view of Lake Oconee visible through the expansive sliding doors and windows, making your time in the kitchen even more enjoyable!

The second kitchen, located on the lower level, is perfect for quick snacks or refreshing drinks while you’re out on the lake or enjoying a game in the lower-level game room. Both kitchens are fully stocked and equipped with brand-new appliances, so you can easily prepare delicious meals for your crew!

LOUNGE SPACES
The property features three spacious lounge areas, each designed for relaxation and enjoyment.

On the main floor, you’ll find a roomy couch with stunning views of the lake. Two trendy, comfortable reading chairs provide additional seating, perfect for curling up with a good book. This inviting space also includes a smart TV and a cozy fireplace, ideal for snuggling up during the cooler months!

The upper level showcases what we affectionately call the "Georgia Bulldog Room." This space includes plush couches, a full wet bar/coffee bar, and a smart TV, making it the perfect spot to catch college football while enjoying the beautiful lake view.

The lower level provides direct access to the lake and includes comfy couches and loveseats, along with another smart TV. This area is designed to bring family and friends together, featuring video games, a checkers/chess table, ping pong, and more—think of it as your very own arcade at home! It’s an ideal spot for the kiddos to have a blast while creating lasting memories.

OUTSIDE SPACE
The main level opens to a spacious deck featuring a patio table and a propane BBQ, perfect for grilling and enjoying meals with a stunning view of the lake. Gather around the table and savor a meal or sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise—it’s a beautiful way to start the day!

On the upper level, stepping outside the Georgia Room leads you to an oversized balcony furnished with plenty of comfortable seating. It’s the ideal spot to enjoy a drink, catch the sunset, or nibble on appetizers before dinner. This is our favorite place to sip coffee in the morning, gearing up for a day full of adventure.

The final level, the lower level, provides direct access to the lake and features a video game area, a checkers/chess table, a ping pong table, and cozy couches and seats—all accompanied by a TV. This space is perfect for family trips, creating an inviting atmosphere for the kids to unwind and have fun.
