The room was good, although our comforter was cut along w our mattress pad! The lady at the front desk (blonde) was amazing awesome customer service! The man I believe his name is Mike is extremely rude and cold! I have no idea why he is in the field of customer service, I myself am a Manager of a location and his attitude and self representation was sickening bad reflection on this establishment for sure! This morning Monday 1/26/26 he was observed and overheard yelling at the female employee as we were ratting our breakfast in the lobby! No man/employee should ever talk to a woman that way! Maybe a Cpl refresher courses on customer service would be helpful for this man.

Had to stop briefly on my travels to get out of a snow storm. The room was reasonably priced and right off the freeway. Staff was pleasant and kind, bed was comfortable, room was clean.

My last the stay at the Baymont was great the staff Mike at the front dest is the best very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back for another stay. One complaint is get better conditioner lol that’s what my wife said

The staff was nice. The problem is the parking lot. it had snowed and they came in about 3 o’clock in the morning well, yes there’s cars there. They never came back and cleaned it up when I checked in there was one car and they could’ve cleaned it up then there’s no excuse for that and that’s dangerous especially when you’re disabled like I am
