As we walked into the hotel, we were seriously questioning our decision to stay there. The facility was extremely dated. Because of this it looked dingy and dirty, although it was probably clean. Our room was on the 2nd floor, which normally wouldn’t be a problem, but there was no elevator. Then we enter the room, it smelled like stale microwaveable food. I bought some air freshener from a nearby store and that resolved the issue.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else. This is one of the best hotels in the area. Could use a hot tub in the pool room but it is a heated pool so I guess that is fine. Always very clean and very nice staff

Worth It!!

Clean, quiet, & conveniently located across the street from shopping centers and restaurants. 1 mile from I-94 and down the street from a mall and more stores, including Kwik Trip & Wal-Mart. What more can you ask for. Mrs. Rebecca is a treasure at the front desk. Always smiling and helpful. The online check in is awesome & makes arriving and leaving a breeze. Breakfast is really nice!! You definitely get a bang for your buck here. The price is definitely worth it!!

Not quite satisfying

The receptionist at the desk was pleasant, but she couldn't get the credit Card system to work. Tried three times and finally got it. She informed me that the wifi was down but the television was working. Got to the room and the floor was dirty, no facial tissue in the dispenser. The a/c wouldn't go below 69°, we like it cool. The television went out 10 minutes into our watching it.

I set off the smoke alarm when I turned on the heat. No response from anyone. I shut off the heat and it quit alarming. The desk clerk just said no big deal.
