not many parking spaces at the hotel but parking available in roads around. Friendly efficient staff, comfortable bed and shower facilities. Walls a bit thin!! couple next door obviously enjoyed their stay!!!! For the price I would'nt expect any more, it served our purpose for a one night stay.

This establishment used to be called the Level Inn when I stayed there a couple of years ago and it was pretty poor then Now under the Best Western badge nothing has really changed This hotel (which has the feel of an office block) needs, in my opinion, mega money spent on it to bring it up to what I call Best Western standard Better yet demolish it and start again

Dan who seems to do anything is superb, nothing too much, friendly and pleasant. Sadly the hotel isn’t, the walls are so thin you hear other guests up to about midnight, anyone near who flushes the loo at night will wake you up, then at 6am you hear grunting, TVs, coughing, nose blowing, farting, showers and toilets

Room ok Could hear noise from town or close by road most if night I was staying to do parkrun in Bryn Bach (1 hour walk each way) Check out at 10 not ideal so left my bag then picked it up at 1045 but staff were brilliant they let me have a quick shower

The staff at this hotel was friendly and very helpful and polite especially Tristan who went out of his way to get me out of trouble as I turned up a day early The outside of the building looks very shabby and needs cleaning up and weeding The hotel itself would be ideal for contractors The walls between rooms are stud partitions and you can hear what next room is talking about the breakfast is plentiful and delicious would recommend and Susan such a happy soul and very obliging nothing is any trouble well done staff
